How to Get in Touch With Us
The best way to reach us is by email. We read every message that comes in, even if it sometimes takes a day or two to get back to you — we are a small team, and things can get busy. Our address is [email protected]. Whether you have a question, a concern, or just something you want to flag, that inbox is the right place to start. We do try to reply to everything, though we will be honest: during particularly hectic periods, responses can take a little longer than we would like.
If you are not sure whether your message is worth sending, it probably is. We would rather hear from readers too often than miss something that actually matters. There is no filtering system that routes your email somewhere unhelpful — it comes straight to us.
What You Can Write to Us About
There are a few things people tend to contact us about most often. Factual corrections are one of them — if something on the site looks wrong, outdated, or misleading, we genuinely want to know. We put a lot of effort into keeping our reviews accurate, but we are not infallible, and a second pair of eyes helps. Feedback about how the site reads or functions is welcome too. If a page is confusing, or something is not loading properly, that is useful information for us.
We also hear from people who want to suggest a casino they think we should cover, or who have had an experience — good or bad — that they feel is relevant to something we have written. We cannot promise that every suggestion leads to a new review, but we do read them and take them seriously. What we are not able to do is offer gambling advice or help resolve disputes with operators. That falls outside what this site does.
A Note on Response Times
We aim to reply within two to three business days. That is the goal, at least. In practice, it depends on how much is going on at any given time, and some weeks are heavier than others. If you have not heard back after four or five days, it is fine to send a follow-up — emails occasionally slip through the cracks, and a gentle nudge is no bother at all. We would rather you chase us than assume we ignored you.
Partnerships and Editorial Inquiries
If you are reaching out about a potential partnership, advertising, or anything related to the editorial side of the site, the same email address works — [email protected]. We do get a fair number of these messages, so it might take us slightly longer to respond compared to a straightforward reader question. Please be upfront about what you are proposing. Vague outreach tends to sit in the queue longer than something clearly explained. We are open to conversations, but our editorial independence matters to us, and that shapes what we are willing to discuss.
